Herbalist & Chef Morgan Brown of Momo's Chocolate, leads this course on making medicines as nourishing foods.
"We will address our relationship with medicine, plants and healthy food on a personal & societal level. We will discuss/experieince how medicine & healthy food can be incredibly delicious, joyous & deeply nourishing. Together we will create some delicious herbal chocolate, elixires & salad dressings. There will be tasty & nutritious organic lunch & snacks provided consisting of herbal hot cocoa & tea, raw pie, salad & herbal garden soup. You'll also have some deliciously nourishing morsels to take home!"
Instructor Fee: $40 (Includes $10 materials & $5 locations costs) - due at start of class.
