Fermented foods are packed with healthy probiotics that keep both our digestion and immune system running strong. Fermentation is also an excellent way to preserve food for winter eating! Learn the basics of making sauerkraut and kimchi as a way to preserve fall cabbages, root crops, and other vegetables. You will be sent home with some of what we create together to enjoy over the winter in your own kitchen. REGISTER THROUGH WHATCOM FOLK SCHOOL at www.whatcomfolkschool.org or 319-7495
