Introduction to Nature Awareness and Permaculture Design
Nature Awareness & Skills connect us to the natural world adopting the knowledge and information handed down through generations of trackers and scouts.
Permaculture is an ecological design system for human households and settlements that emphasizes working with rather than against Nature. (more info)
These two approaches make a powerful and synergistic combination for relating and working with the natural world.
- Learn what it takes to become “native” to your place
- Learn local edible and medicinal plants
- Create landscapes for food, fuel, fiber, and fun
- Discover a path for transforming human disconnection from Nature
- Develop confidence around working on and with the land
