Find out how to cook cool recipes using the freshest produce the market has to offer. Eating seasonally, getting to know your food producers, and learning from amazing local chefs Josh Silverman and Justin Hawkinson, are just a few of the benefits of checking out Chef in the Market. The Chef’s demos take place in front of the Depot Market pavilion under the blue canopy at 11, 11:30, and 12pm.
