Do you wonder what it would be like to have a small flock of chickens that produced fresh eggs, ate bugs in your yard and made you smile every day? Do you worry about our food supply and want to make sure that you are in a position of sustainability? This class is for you. I have over 30 years of experience teaching poultry clinics on a wide variety of subjects, including selecting meat birds, the best breeds for egg production, poultry health, housing needs, and handling techniques, as well as how chickens can become a vital link in your composting program.
