"Eat Local Food Fest!"

2nd Sunday at Cordata - "Eat Local Food Fest!"
Cordata: Noon to 3 pm, Sunday, July 12
--$5 BBQ, $3 children ages 10 and younger ($1 donated to Meals on Wheels)
BBQ menu: choice of bison or portobello mushroom burgers with deli sides
--Hourly cooking demos with local chefs preparing budget-friendly international dishes using local ingredients
Demo Schedule:
noon to 1 pm: Robert Fong, Veggie Futo Maki Sushi
1-2 pm: Karina Davidson, Falafel balls with tahini and tzatziki sauce and chard
2-3 pm: Ana Jackson, Tabule and Avocado Salad
--Live music by Sabrina y los Reyes
