Transition Whatcom

As I reflect back on 2012, these are some projects that were another step forward: a better composting system, getting rid of the back lawn and adding about 200 more square feet of garden beds, growing lots of spagetti squash, finding GREAT recipes for the squash, and using our produce to create fermented foods like pickles and sauerkraut.

Wonderful Joy!

Thanks for sharing your reflection on your 2012 projects.  I like that you wrote about it here on TW.

We have been doing our own projects along the same vein.

Wouldn't it be nifty if 10 other TW members wrote a simple paragraph about their 2012 projects towards resilience? I think there is a lot of this kind of change going on quietly beneath the radar all around us.
