On Saturday we will go into more detail including restoration, tools, techniques, and timing.
The workshop will weave together a blend of permaculture, restoration ecology, ethno-ecology, forestry, agroforestry, myco-remediation, erosion control, bioengineering, and horticulture among other disciplines.
We will look at how to apply earth repair to urban areas, farmland, forests, shrub steppes and other Northwest
ecosystems. Seed collecting, earthworks, swales, nurseries, native plants, desired non-native plants, plant establishment, hoedads, live staking, sprigging, invasive plant medicine and much else will be on the menu.
