Bill Scarvie is a close associate of David Korten who has brought his vision of Earth Community to many groups around the country. In addition to David Korten, Scarvie’s work is inspired by Joanna Macy, Thomas Berry and Brian Swimme. He will present the essentials of creating a Resilience Circle (new name for the Common Security Club), a place where people build relationships to increase their personal security in a rapidly changing world. The three components are learning together, mutual aid, and social action. $15 donation; everyone welcome regardless of ability to pay. Pre-register with MELANIE RIECK musicheals@comcast.net (360) 319-3739.
NOTE: Bill Scarvie will speak on “The Face of Oppression”at the 10:30 worship service at Bellingham Unitarian Fellowship. There will be a potluck held in the social hall from 11:45 to 1:00. Please bring something to share. The public is welcome to the service, the potluck, or the 1:00 workshop

~ a job has come up that I must take and therefore am not able to attend this important event.
This subject is very important to me and I would surely appreciate it taped or recorded so that I may glean the information or process if it's process oriented.
Please if someone would share with me after, I would really appreciate your efforts!! : 0 ) Jamie
