Experience one of the most extensive collections of uncommon edible plants that thrive in the Pacific NW. Matthew VanBoven has been researching and developing Feral Farm for thirteen years to demonstrate food systems that incorporate native and exotic plants to produce a model for sustainable living. This is a unique opportunity to learn from and exchange witty banter with the Feral Farm curator and tour the extensive landscape plantings. The tour will be followed by a cooking demonstration with a wild foods naturalist.
Regardless of your skill level this entertaining class will stretch your knowledge base. Learn how to use wild and exotic food and spice plants in the landscape as well as the kitchen.

Hi Matt at Feral Farm! Great to see you offering an event!
I hope to come down in the future with a gang of permi folks that will help you out on any "weeding" or work needs.
I hope folks who attend can bring home some starts of perennial edilbles to share with neighbors. My Good King Henry will be ready to divide soon and my blue camas bulbs are blooming!
