Packed full of valuable herbal info! The perfect winter course in practical herbalism for the novice & experienced alike. Each day we meet, we will actually spend a bit of time wildcrafting herbs appropriate for that week's lesson. It is very much a mini apprenticeship.

Herbs and the Digestive System: We can't live without our liver! Plants to support, cleanse and heal the digestive system including the liver, gall bladder, small and large intestines.

Immune System: Stresses of the immune system and steps to take to remove them. Herbs to fortify and improve function and overall health.

Respiratory System: Herbs and aromatherapy known to strengthen and heal lung tissue, care for congestion, infections and allergies.

Stress less! Herbs, practices and aromatherapy designed soothe and heal the nervous system, gain relief from stress, insomnia, anxiety and depression. Be prepared to relax!

Each week, you will take home an herbal remedy or two that you'll make yourself, along with sampling herbal teas and remedies.
