Transition Bellingham Community Meal and Group Overview

Transition Bellingham (formerly known as Forward Bellingham) will be hosting a community meal and group overview to re-engage with past group members and to connect with community members who may be interested in the group. All are welcome!

We will meet in the North Picnic Shelter at Cornwall Park from 4-6pm on Sunday, October 9th. We will share a vegetarian meal for the first hour, take some time to provide a brief group overview, and then there will be time for making community connections.

If you're a current group member and you're interested in contributing to the meal, please email us at transition.bellingham@gmail.com for details. Otherwise, all are welcome just to attend and enjoy the food provided by the group. *All who attend are encouraged to bring their own plates/bowls and utensils to help us achieve our goal of hosting zero-waste meetings! (There will be extra plates/bowls/utensils for those who are unable to bring their own.)

You're encouraged to dress appropriate to the weather, as the entirety of the meeting will be in a covered outdoor space. You're also encouraged to use alternative transportation to attend, if possible.

Since the group will be preparing food for attendees, we're asking you to please indicate whether you plan to attend on the Facebook posting for this event (https://fb.me/e/24R1oHxPn) so we have an idea of how much food to prepare.
