I've been living in a super funky little apartment for four years now and have outgrown it. We're talking under 400sq ft. I can use a little more space, some storage and good natural light. So I am looking for a nice in-law apt, a tiny house or a long-term house-sitting gig for myself and my older well behaved cat. Hoping to keep it under $600 but thinking $700 is my upper limit. I am an avid gardener, a neat freak and avoid collecting things, preferring to purge possessions on a regular basis. I usually leave a place better than I found it. I have transformed my last rental yard from a weed lot to a native plant and flower edible landscape. I'm gainfully employed as a Manager at an environmental organization. I'd be happy to pay a deposit for my cat though I'm sure I'll leave no evidence of his sojourn in our current digs; he really is an ideal pet!

I'd like to live near the Fountain District but anywhere in Bellingham Not on a busy street would suit.

Please send me a note here if you have a suitable rental or a lead.

Thanks!

~Rich

Thanks, Megan. I have a pretty good situation where I am in the middle of an acre property with good neighbors but the apt is just too cramped and dark. If something really special comes along I might make a move! : )

Hello Mr. Chrappa- I noticed your post...I will keep my ear open for you. I am a Realtor and sometimes come across such properties. Kindly:)

Forgot to mention that the option of installing a cat door in a door or window is pretty essential for this indoor-outdoor kitty.
