How are you currently involved in the Transition?: I am a member of the core team of Transition Whatcom.

In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?: I think it is vitally important to our community, nation, and the world that we move from the current globalization model to a more localized model. To make this possible we must recognize the importance of the relocalization effort and its multifaceted approach to sustainability. The Transition Initiative offers a way to make this happen by sharing information and ideas to help make this transition a reality.
