Preserving your own fresh food is a deeply satisfying act. Learn to store your garden harvest and make wonderful traditional foods by drying, fermenting, and preserving with oil, vinegar, alcohol, salt and sugar. Every culture has its flavors of floods made with traditional methods: pickles, pesto, sauerkraut, herbes aux Provence, kim che, hot sauce, etc. Instructions, recipes and inspiration included.
