Event Description

On October 30, 2023, Joe Brewer and Penny Heiple,
Design Pathway for Regenerating Earth will be joining
the Cascadia Bioregional Activation Tour organized by
Clare Attwell and Brandon Letsinger for meetings with
residents of both Skagit and San Juan Counties. This
tour is a powerful example of clear vision combined
with local action.

The main live event will be held at Skagit Valley College in Mount Vernon in Lewis Hall 311, 5:30-8pm and will be streamed to residents in both counties.
We also have permission to use “Classroom C” on upper level at Skagit Valley College/San Juan Center in Friday Harbor with a capacity of 25-30 people.

ADA access is available through the lobby. Majority of parking is down below the building. Access to lobby and restrooms will be available as well.

- do you know of regenerate enterprises, projects, or initiatives in your community that we could spotlight? What are the challenges you feel we face in our communities that need transformation?

I am also hoping that some of you have abilities when it comes to web design and graphics, social media, video production and editing as well as those of you who are good organizers and weavers to engage as many residents as possible.

With great appreciation for all that you do and your assistance if you wish to help leverage this opportunity to create more resilient and regenerative communities in Skagit, San Juan and Whatcom counties.
