Let's start with an open space type of discussion about how healthcare might change. I am attaching some links to some websites that will give us a good start on getting on the same page. The second topic I would like to discuss is how we see ourselves adjusting to these changes - as healthcare professionals and facilitators of our own good health! (This Solstice I had a small 'letting go' ceremony where I let go of a privilege I didn't realize I had - the privilege of not having to take good care of my body! I have always been able to fix or put off healthcare issues - now I believe I need my good health for my own resilience - physically, mentally, and emotionally.)
These are some of the links I found to be very informative and inspiring:

According to one of the websites, there isn't much going on with peak oil medicine. The profession really doesn't seem to want to talk about it yet. There are a few Transition Towns that are talking but not much action yet. It is clear what the issues are but very little action as to what we might do. So bring your most creative self!
