Pickford Film Center 1318 Bay St., Bellingham, WA, United States

Join Sierra Club - Mount Baker Chapter and RE Sources for a screening of three short documentary films from Original Pursuit and Plumb Productions, about two iconic, threatened species of the Pacific Northwest: the Southern Resident Orcas and the Chinook salmon they need for survival. Call of the Oras (18 min), Managed to Extinction (15 min), and Shared Waters, Shared Crisis (30 min). 

Q&A to follow with filmmaker Jessica Plumb and Dr. Deborah Giles – Science & Research Director at Wild Orca (plus canine research assistant, Eba!), and Misty MacDuffee – Conservation Biologist at Raincoast Conservation Foundation.
