We will demonstrate the basic procedures for fermenting fresh cider into hard cider. We’ll look at equipment needs, discuss apple varieties and blends, yeasts and sanitation. And yes, we will be tasting some hard cider, too. Registration required, limited space, must be 21 or over to participate. $30 workshop fee. A second session will be added if the first session fills up- check the website!
