Event Description

Being Sustainability & Awakening to Causal Leadership

Begins in April 2013
Union, WA

Are you ready to explore new ways of seeing, being and enacting sustainability?

GTC (Generating Transformative Change) for Sustainability Leaders & Educators offers supportive guidance for awakening to new ways of envisioning and enacting sustainability.  Through a well-crafted container, masterful facilitation and teaching, and the generative support and collaboration with faculty and your cohort, participants are able to touch the ground and lift the ceiling on their sustainability leadership.

New skills and capacities are developed, mindsets are transformed and the source out of which the work is generated is deepened.  The future of sustainability work, of reciprocally aligning our ecological and social systems to thrive and flourish, can’t be known, but it can and needs to be lived into, at every scale of our existence and awareness.

Learn more about GTC from GTC graduates and faculty by listening to a call held August 21, 2012. Meet the Program, Guest and Associate Faculty by clicking here.

Presented by Pacific Integral

GTC consists of a core 9-month Leadership Intensive program, followed by an optional cohort-lead application phase. As you progress through the program, you take on greater leadership and responsibility for the process. Participants successfully completing the core program receive a professional certificate in Integral Transformative Leadership from Pacific Integral and the LIOS Graduate College at Saybrook University and become eligible to apply to be an Alumni Mentor for a future cohort.

Each cohort has a maximum of 16 members, and meets in retreat at Harmony Hill, on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, in Washington State.

The program is a multifaceted approach to the expansion and transformation of the participants, individually and in the collective.
