Event Description

Come help Fairhaven Middle School break ground on the site that will become an edible forest garden! We'll be sinking posts, erecting fencing, sheet mulching and more. Please bring a pair of work gloves plus a shovel and wheelbarrow if you can. Sheet mulching involves laying down A LOT of cardboard so if you are coming in a vehicle and have some room to throw in some cardboard that will be recycled into the Earth, please do! Beverages will be provided. Site is located on the west side of the school, adjacent to the gym and soccer field.
