We believe there is a need for new forms of leadership, including emergent leadership, as we move forward with our efforts to organize our bioregions. Fortunately, an organization within our bioregion, Pacific Integral, is offering a nine-week training on just this topic. Here’s a glimpse of what the course is about from their website:

This deep dive course is for those who sense there’s a deeper potential for the way we show up in these complex and challenging times, and as we begin our work together.

With guidance, practice, and community it’s possible to:

• • remain present and responsive amid intensity and uncertainty

  • intuitively sense what’s trying to emerge in complex situations

  • bridge divides and navigate differences with genuine curiosity

  • naturally foster collective intelligence in groups and teams

  • express authentic gifts more fully with less efforting

  • navigate conflict with more spaciousness

  • access joy and creativity as renewable resources for sustainable action
