Come out for the Eat Local Every Week Restaurant Special at the Community Food Co-op’s Delis and support local eateries that support local farmers.
Eat Local Special: Swimming Tofu Rama
Locally made tofu in a Thai peanut sauce with fresh local spinach over a bed of rice. The deli will also feature an all-local salad in the deli case with fresh greens and veggies from around Whatcom County.
