Community Ayurvedic Cleanse Event

This at home cleanse is based on the classic Ayurvedic cleanse known as Panchakarma. Panchakarma translates as the five actions of cleansing and allows release at a deep level which promotes cellular healing. We will explain the process in depth along with the supporting wellness treatments, such as Ayurvedic massage and Shirodhara (which are optional). The Panchakarma cleanse is used to maintain one's existing state of health as well as to address all stages of disease. You will take away skills to both create a simple home cleanse as well as understand the complete Panchakarma cleanse process. It is recommended at least once per year to maintain health. It is a gentle, yet very powerful cleansing process which encompasses detoxifying, balancing, healing and rejuvenating. 

CLEANSE INCLUDES:

Recipes, organic herbal formulas and teas, organic body oils, complete instructions and guided support . A 20 page customized cleansing booklet, introductory workshop, and pre and post cleanse group meetings are also included. Additional cleansing treatments are optional.
