Event Description
ALL IN for Climate Action Week 2021: Common Threads Composting events!
Join us in building, maintaining and harvesting a compost pile in this hands-on workshop. Compost is an important part of shifting food production closer to home and reducing “food miles” and the associated emissions and fossil fuel use. You’ll also be contributing to the health of our school gardens while getting hands-on experience working with compost made from garden scraps.
