So it looks as though the Salmon have moved along. The remaining few hanging around the culvert last night are nowhere to be found, and when pressed for information, the adolescent Blue Herron acted very suspicious before flying away...

...about seven years ago NSEA installed 2 bridges and a culvert along Tause creek eliminating the bottlenecks to spawning grounds. It feels like some sort of miracle to work successfully with nature. Making a difference begins with a desire and a belief things can be different...
