How are you currently involved in the Transition?

I am working toward sustainable living on a small scale (growing my own produce and eggs) and switching over to a net zero home.

In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?

I am interested in the Transition movement because our planet needs help. If we don’t stop draining our resources and learn to live in harmony, we won’t have a planet.

Do you have particular interests, skills, talents or resources you would like to bring to Transition Whatcom?

I am seeking out workshops and related employment to increase my experience and self-education in alternative construction for residential and commercial structures. I am former of the piping profession (welding, soldering, braising). I bring natural understanding and skill as well as a willingness to learn and lots of common sense.

In what neighborhood or part of the county do you reside?

I live in Skagit County and am looking to relocate to Whatcom within two years

I found Transition Whatcom on Facebook
