Strengthening our relationship with the living earth can heal & strengthen our communities.

Over the last few years there have been many school gardens being started and there are nature awareness classes being offered by different Whatcom community members.
With the increase in the last decade of technology into the hands & homes of our children, these opportunity of bringing our children back outside listening to nature are crucial.

John, I'm reducing my meeting commitments and prefer sharing within fire-circle-council style or campouts or song-circles. I do look forward to gathering together in nature & listening & learning & exploring!
My apology that our schedules haven't matched yet for a phone or in person connection yet, and I'll look forward to when the tides & winds bring us together.

Hi John
You know, for me, I just want to get out there and 'reconnect' rather than be in my head about it (that 'deliberating' part you mention in the description of this group). Are you hoping to do some field trips or are you mostly wanting to get some juicy conversations going here?
