Professional 30 something and friendly cat seek a housemate to share lovely 2 bd, 1.5 ba ranch-style home. The room has newish cream carpet, a big sunny northwest facing window and is 12x10, plus closet.

Nice kitchen with lots of storage, dishwasher, washer/dryer, extra deep bathtub, fireplace and other amenities. Gardening beds are available to share, too. Photos available upon request.

Rent is $400, plus split utilities. References and deposit required. Available April 1!
