Vacancies on the county's Surface Mining Advisory Committee

It looks like the county has posted vacancies on various county committees.  One of them happens to be the Surface Mining Advisory Committee.  "One that has not met for a long time and does not have membership is the Mineral Advisory Committee.  In the next couple of years, the County will be required to review the MRL designations for GMA, and it would behoove your group to get people appointed to this committee in order to present a balanced approach.  It tends to be dominated by the industry people.  They haven't met in four years, and might not meet for some time.  But, getting appointed now might be a good idea."
