Winter Gardening Workshop

Join us for a workshop on Winter Gardening as we improve our capacity as a community to produce fresh food year-round. The first hour or so will be an informational lecture and Q & A conversation about winter gardening techniques suitable for Whatcom County. The remaining 1-2 hours will be hands-on learning, helping to prep and plant a winter gardening area on the property.

Stay for an optional potluck dinner if you want to enjoy the sunset on Mt. Baker or a walk down by the Nooksack River here at Riverhaven.  People attending are free to donate dollars, Life Dollars, other offerings, or just your presence and effort-- all of which will be passed forward to future Permaculture learning for everyone.
