Event Description
Terry Meyer will speak at the Huxley Speaker Series. In 2009, Mr. Meyer's Cascade Community Wind applied to build a wind turbine on Squalicum Mountain. Mr. Meyer will tell the story of wind in Whatcom County, relating its spectacular failure to a series of larger social and policy challenges.
