The Northwest Clean Air Agency is holding a public hearing on a clean air
permit for Shell’s Puget Sound Refinery, and for the first time ever, this
permit will include limits on greenhouse gas emissions.
Please join the rally to support strong action on the local pollution
controls, as well as to draw attention to Shell's proposal to bring oil trains
transporting explosive crude through our local communities. At the
hearing, please speak out to insist that the strongest possible limits be
adopted for the emissions from the Shell refinery.
Join residents from Skagit County and across the Puget Sound in a
stand for clean air and safe communities!
