When average American guy Jeb Berrier (“not a tree-hugger,” he says) decides to stop using plastic bags, it not only ushers in a new era of awareness in his own life, it prompts him to delve into the issue of plastic bag usage--including those countries and communities that are attempting to embrace a bag-free existence--an issue that's ripe for Bellingham awareness and discussion. Bag It Bellingham will be at the film to discuss the latest updates and plans for the proposed bag reduction ordinance.
