Great class on medicinal plants for staying healthy during our autumn transitions! There may be another class in late October.
I'm encouraging folks to stop by Wonderland Tea on Railroad Ave. for some immune system tea and to ask when the next class will be.
My favorite herb for this time of year is chewing on a tiny bit of Osha Root! And also nibbling on some fresh sage, mint, & oregano from the garden first thing in the morning.
