Downtown Bellingham’s future lies in your hands. Through the placemaking competition KAPOW!, dozens of community members have submitted inspiring ideas to create lively destinations in Downtown Bellingham that attract people, activate spaces and reflect our unique community identity. PechaKucha is your opportunity to hear about the top 8 creative ideas for Downtown Bellingham and cast your vote. Winner’s will receive seed funding to turn their concept into reality. A DJ will be mixing up music, and local beer will be available prior to the presentations. Attendees who arrive in super hero costumes receive priority seating.
