In addition to environmental learning and adaptation we need skills for internal resilience, adaptability, and self/community-based healing.
I'm offering a class in EFT, a body/mind skill that does all that. It's a phenomenal way to reduce stress and overcome anxiety, including existential anxiety and paralyzing dread about the end of the world as we know it, past traumas and other emotional gunk slowing down the works. Also current irritations, stresses, anger, and other non-useful reactivities that use up energy and get in the way of effective action.
Such work often allows rapid physical healing to the (enormous) degree that physical problems are bodily expressions of held stress. It also opens up creativity.
You can check out videos and get a taste (with actual results) at http://www.AMorePerfectPitch.com/eft_video
This class is offered monthly, starting the first Wednesday of each month. That's August 5 this time. 1:00-3:00 at Wise Awakening, $60 each if you bring someone, $80 solo, 4 weeks for that price.
Then you're invited to be part of Community EFT, for graduates interested in being part of ongoing practice and connection with like-minded folks.
