Event Description
Our daily lives can by busy and confusing, making it difficult to keep up or see clearly what our next steps should be. This coaching seminar will help you identify what feels out of balance by helping you disconnect from technology, routine, even the search for what’s next. In our time together you will have the opportunity to become more aware of how you fit in to the rhythm of life and tap into the wisdom and energy of yourself and your environment. This will be a time of silent reflection and group interaction followed by a coaching session to be scheduled individually so that you can better take what you’ve learned and apply it to your own life.
