Event Description
The Ayurvedic Health Center will offer a health-cleanse workshop led by Juliet Jivanti, a certified ayurvedic consultant and founder of the Ayurvedic Health Center.The event includes a lunch of organic kitchari, a traditional rice-and-vegetable dish, and specialized herbal tea.
Participants will be guided through a gentle but powerful detoxification week from March 19-23. Based on ancient practices from the 5,000-year-old ayurvedic health tradition, the cleanse includes oil treatments, herbal formulas to support digestion, diet modifications and personalized support.
The cost of $149 includes the workshop, lunch, follow-up meetings and a starter supply kit.
