  comment session held Wednesday, June 30, I proposed enlisting the sup
 port of members of the community for an \"out-of-the box\" brainstormi
 ng session on alternative solutions to cuts. It would be good to have 
 a consolidated contingent show up for this meeting to reiterate our wi
 llingness to participate in addressing the need for primary services s
 uch as this to not only maintain current levels of service, but to dee
 pen the commitment of this county to being a \"green living\" model.\n
