SUMMARY:Wounded Heart:  Living with Loss
DESCRIPTION:Some losses cut so deep they wound.  Losing people we lov
 e, places we care about, or work that we’ve dedicated ourselves to, 
 can make it difficult to go on.  We will explore how to live with wha
 t you know, the cycle of relationship, and what it takes to feel free.
 \nYou’ll be supported through nature and metaphor, story and the pro
 cess of transformation, and compassionate coaching that meets you wher
 e you are and reflects the strength you have within yourself to embrac
 e healing.  We will conclude with a ritual that will allow you to ack
 nowledge and release your pain, celebrate and embrace the life you hav
 e now, and plan for the person you’re to be. \nRegister for this cl

 ife now. \nSacred Time is a practice that (re)connects you to your pa
 ssion and purpose through reflection, metaphor, and time in nature whe
 re you will be able to identify what fuels your fire, hear what inspir
 ation whispers in your ear, and explore the challenge and travel the p
 ath that is right for you.\nFee:\nThis program includes an 8-hour grou
 p seminar and a 30-minute individual coaching session to help hold you
  accountable for the work you commit to doing.\n\nTransition Whatcom
