 arvesting methods.\nFind out where to harvest herbs on your own and wh
 en to harvest each plant for optimum vitality, potency and nutrition.\
 nGain hands-on herbal experience and confidence in identifying medicin
 al and food herbs that may very well be growing in your own backyard!Â
   Learn how the indigenous people of this region used the plants. Youâ
 €™ll look at plants in a whole new way after this very informative pla
 nt walk and become more \"at home in the woods\" as we hike the trails
  on a Northwest experience!\nWe will meet at Washington Park in Anacor
 tes and begin our walk there. Please make note: While the hike will no
 t be strenuous and we will make lots of stops along the way, the total
  distance is 2.5 miles. Please use good judgement regarding your abili
