DESCRIPTION:WIN is welcoming new members and business opportunites.  
 Whatcom Investing Network (WIN) is a spin-off of the Transition Whatco
 m Personal Finance Workgroup.  We organized last summer and have succ
 essfully funded three loans.\nOur January 19 orientation and meeting i
 s open to everyone.  We will meet at Sustainable Connections, 1701 El
 lis St, at the north/right end.\n6:00 P.M.   Orientation for potenti
 al members and others interested in learning about WIN.   Our member
 s are primarily investors.  There are no fees or minimum investment t
 o join.  To get ready,  go to the “Become a Member” tab on our 
 website www.whatcominvesting.org.  You will find links to the Members
 hip Application and Membership Agreement there.  You may fill the for
 ms out online or you may fill out paper forms the night of the orient
 ation.  Please RSVP for the orientation to membership@whatcominvesti
