DESCRIPTION:The quarterly Transition Whatcom Assembly meeting is an op
 portunity for all Transition Whatcom members to get together. Working
  Groups are invited to share recent activities and future plans and th
 e TWOG (Transition Whatcom Organizing Group) will give an update and o
 utline plans for future efforts.\n \n \nIn addition we will listen t
 o a recording of the recent address Rob Hopkins made to Transition US 
 that explores the current state of the Transition Movement and thought
 s on future challenges and opportunities facing TW US and the wider Tr
 ansition Movement.\n \n \nFuture Assembly meetings are planned to ta
 ke place on the first Sunday of the middle month each quarter (Feb/May
 /Aug/Nov) and the quarterly Hub meetings are planned to take place the
