This meeting will call together the TWOG, TWIG, Theme Group leaders, WorkGroup Leaders and any other interested Transition Whatcom members to discuss the official Council meeting to be called in January.\n\nTh e meeting will start with a lunch ‘pot-luck’ and ‘mingle’ hour and then a proposal from the TWOG on the goals and objectives, agenda and expectations for the Council meeting.
