SUMMARY:Transition Whatcom 2012 Transition Design Grants Activities
DESCRIPTION:The 2012 Transition Design Grants project has three main e
 vents.\nThe Tour, on March 10th provides a directed bike/walking tour 
 of several Bellingham grassroots resilience and community building pro
 jects. These site visits will include a 3-Minute Design process review
  as a way to generate ideas for grant submissions.\nThe Design Review 
 Session, starting March 15th and going thru April 22nd, provides a for
 um for feedback and suggestions to help develop and refine grant propo
 sals. Individuals, teams and neighborhood groups are all welcome to pa
 rticipate.\nThe Awards will be announced on April 29th and project bui
 lding is targeted for the week of May 26th.\n\n\nFor more information
