DESCRIPTION:Join Transition Whatcom design experts on a bike tour to k
 ick off our 2012 Transition Design Grants project. TW will award $350 
 grants to projects that will build community resilience and this is yo
 ur chance to see some examples and begin developing your proposals. Ev
 en if you aren't developing a grant, attend to get ideas on how you ca
 n improve resilience in your yard or neighborhood. The 3-min Design Pr
 ocess will be used to generate ideas and brainstorm possible projects 
 at several stops along the tour.\nMeet at the HUB at 1:00. The tour le
 aves at 1:30 and ends up at the ReStore at 4PM. Maps will be available
