DESCRIPTION:The RE Store presents their annual Trash Fashion Show in p
 artnership with Western Washington University.\nThe event begins at 8 
 p.m. on Friday, April 30, in the Viking Union Multipurpose Room. Doors
  open at 7 p.m.\n\nThe runway show features fashions and accessories c
 rafted from the contents of trash cans and dumpsters. The Trash Fashio
 n show will showcase 30 designs - 20 of which are highly sophisticated
  WWU student designs - that stretch the imagination regarding what is 
 wearable.\nA community tradition, the show challenges professional and
  amateur designers and artists to craft fashion from landfill-bound ma
 terials. This year’s event will add a new designer category to the m
 ix – students – broadening the show’s scope and inspiring a wide
 r audience around creative reuse and reducing waste. It will also mark
  the first year that the show will be held in an all-ages venue.\nTick
 ets for the Trash Fashion Show are $14 general and $11 for students, a
 vailable through the WWU Box Office, The RE Store, Village Books, the 
 Community Food Co-op.\n**RSVP's on this ning site do not guarantee a r
