  Uisce’s Pub and Tivoli’s Restaurant\nTerry and Dave Maczuga live 
 and garden on 7 acres just north of Bellingham. Silver Creek Garden ha
 s extensive food and ornamental areas. The more than 70 fruit and nut 
 trees are managed using organic practices. Most of the fruit trees are
  apples, modern, heirloom, and cider varieties, producing fruit for ta
 ble and hard cider. Terry is also the farm manager for Cloud Mountain 
 Farm.\nThe Maczugas will talk about choosing varieties and site select
 ion. Also discussed will be their pest and disease management strategi
