SUMMARY:Spring Homesteading Series
DESCRIPTION:This fun workshop series will focus on the many activities
  necessary for living off the land in harmony with nature. Topics will
  include: growing your own food year-round, raising animals for meat 
 and eggs, Permaculture, alternative fuels, compost making, water catch
 ment, wild edibles, cooking homegrown food, and ecosystem restoration.
 \nEach class will include information, hands-on projects, and Q&A. Eac
 h day's projects will be tailored to the season, weather, and interest
  of the participants. The skills taught can be applied to both urban a
 nd rural settings. Taught by Krista Rome and Chris Wolf at Riverhaven
